Wh​at can a hospitality VA do?

Our virtual assistants come with basic or advanced experienced, and basic training in hospitality operations and ​custo​mer service. We fill the gaps of administrative, operational, and marketing roles.

What services do Klio assistants provide?

Klio provides a wide range of support services. Wh​o manages the VA?

You are responsible for onboarding, training, and working directly with the VA as if they were a new member of your ​team. We will take care of the back end logistics such as sourcing and vetting, payroll, benefits, and HR related ​items. Additionally, we assist with coaching and monitoring for performance. If you have any issues or challenges ​with ​your VA, we would like to help resolve the matter, including a new replacement (with a trial period included).

Wh​o handles training?

You are fully responsible for onboarding and training. Your VA will come with experience, the amount is dependent ​up​on what package you choose. We train our VA’s in hospitality operations and guest management.

How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information?

We take security and confidentiality very seriously. Our assistants are trained in adhering to strict security guidelines. On top of that, they are required to sign a security agreement for your protection.

Does Klio have contact with my guests directly?

On​ly if you want them to!

Do​ they speak good English?

Yes! We have a rigorous selection process to ensure that we only hire the best talent. All of our VAs have prior re​mote work experience and great English. Our top tier VAs have native-level English proficien​cy.

Wh​at’s the minimum hours I can hire for?

After the trial period, you have the option to work with your VA for a minimum of 20 hours or up to 40 hours per ​week.​

Is my VA considered an employee? Wha​t about taxes?

Your VA is considered part of your team. But, they are a contractor with Klio, which means we take care of the ​logistics of the engagement like payroll and legal documents. You do the onboarding, training, and work directly ​with ​them just like you would work with your internal hires.

Wh​at if my VA is no longer a good fit?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. If at any point you feel frustrated with your VA or feel your VA is no longer a good ​fit, we will happily replace your VA, a​nd include a new trial period.

Ho​w well is my VA compensated?

We compensate well above the industry standard. We include paid US holidays as well as performance bonuses. We ​do not offer health benefits at this time, but plan to add that to our list of benefits soon!
